An exception will be made for lingerie resizing providing
that the items have not been worn. All items to be returned for resizing must be sent back
to us within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase. If the resized product is unavailable, a Joanna G credit will be issued. This credit is not reedeemable for cash and can be used to purchase products in the Joanna G range.
Refund Policy: We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
A Joanna G Credit Note will be issued if a lingerie item is unsuitable.
All massagers carry a 30 day manufacturers warranty
against faults & defects. In the unlikely event of there being a fault with
any product that you have purchased, we will send a replacement providing the
item is returned within the warranty period.
