Purchasing from our store is quick, safe and easy!
To browse through our store, simply click on the category of your choice
located at the top of the site. To see the full product information, simply click either on the product picture, title
or view more.. links. Now you will see the full product information and price, colour and sizing options.
To Purchase
Okay, so you love the product and must have it - great! This next bit is easy... at the bottom of the page, simply
choose your options, ie colour and size if available. Then click on buy now. Once this is done, your shopping cart will
show on a new page. The options available on this page are: recalculate (if you alter the quantity of product),
remove (deletes from the cart) or clear cart (which removes all products from your shopping cart).
You then have the choice to continue shopping or checkout to buy your selection. If you continue shopping, your products
will stay in your cart until removed by you or purchased. If you have to suddenly leave the site, don't worry, any items
that you have placed in your cart will remain in there for 10 days so you can come back at any time to complete your
purchase.
Ok, let's buy it! Click on the checkout button and away we go. The next page is your address page for
you to enter your billing address (the address that your credit card is billed to or your home address. You will need
to complete all sections with an asterix * in red. When completed click on continue checkout.
The next page is for you to enter the shipping details of he address that you would like your order to be delivered
to. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, you do not need to change any details on this page.
Click on continue checkout to proceed further.
The next page is for your delivery charge. Select the method and click continue checkout.
You have reached your Order Preview page. Please reveiw your order and make any alterations that you require. If
you would like to include a card, please select the Gift Wrap section and we will add one with your personalised message
in free!. At the bottom of this page, select your payment method.
The next page is your Payment Details page, you can change your payment method here if you wish.
By Mail: When you choose this option and click on the next step button, the next page will contain your Order
and instructions to mail your cheque or credit card details to us at Joanna G PO Box 4060 Christchurch. Once your
cheque has cleared your goods will be despatched to you. You can also fax or telephone your order to us on these
numbers: NZ Freephone 0800 562 662 International: 00 64 3 377 4122 Fax 00 64 3 377 4125.
Phone: If you wish to phone your order, please call us on 0800 JOANNA G (0800 562 662)
Credit Card: Please enter your Cardholder Name, Type of Credit Card and number * please
run all the numbers on your credit card together with no gaps * Enter your Expiration dates and your Security
Number - this is located on the back of your card, normally a 3 digit number. The security number is required due to
the increase in credit card fraud. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You will then be transferred
to our secure server where your payment will be processed via the extremely secure BNZ Buyline service. This will open
in a new window. The message will inform you if your purchase has been accepted or declined and a copy will be sent to
your e-mail address. If you have made an error, please go to the joanna G website window (that has remained open) on
your browser and change your credit card details and process your order again. If you continue to have any problems,
please contact us.
Internet Transfer: This option is available for NZ customers only. Please include in your order
number reference on your transfer.
Finally, click on the process order button. A copy of this page will be sent to you via e-mail, for your security,
this copy will not include your payment method.
International Orders & Deliveries
All Overseas Orders will be verified by Joanna G. This is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.
International Deliveries will be done via NZ Post International Air and take approx 4-12 days depending on the destination.
What to do once I have ordered and payed for my purchase?
You can check on the status of your order by contacting us if you have any
queries or concerns.
Delivery?
Our goal is to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Your private selections will be delivered
to your door via New Zealand Couriers. Our company name JG and postal delivery address will be appear on your courier
parcel as the sender. Your order inside will be attractively gift wrapped with no branding. For your safety and security,
all deliveries will require a signature and must be delivered to an address rather than a PO Box. If you are unable to
receive the package when the courier calls, a message will be left for you to contact them to arrange a more convenient
delivery time.
All orders are charged a $5 delivery fee NZ wide or $15 NZD for overseas orders. This is per order charge not a per
item charge.
All orders will be despatched within 7 days if in stock. If we are out of stock of your item, back orders will be
delivered within 21 days. If you have any concerns regarding our Delivery system or would like to know more information,
